Full casing pile driver,Casing Rotator , is a kind of construction Drilling Equipment used to drive large steel casing into the ground. It is often used in foundation construction, especially deep foundations, such as drilling or caisson.

A full casing pile driver consists of a heavy crane or excavator and is equipped with a casing oscillator. Casing oscillators are designed to clamp and rotate steel casing while applying a downward force to push it underground.

The process begins by positioning the steel casing vertically in the desired position. The casing oscillator is then connected to the top of the casing and the crane or excavator begins the drive process. As the casing depth increases, additional casing sections need to be added to maintain the desired depth. This process continues until the desired depth is reached, or until the casing reaches an impenetrable layer of hard soil or rock.
