Casing Rotator ,fully rotation Drilling Equipment ,also called Occlusal pile construction is a common construction method of pile foundation. Its principle is to insert two or more piles vertically into the ground to make them occlusal to form a whole pile, so as to increase the bearing capacity and stability of pile foundation.

The principle of occluded pile construction includes the following steps:

First drill holes on the ground as the position of pile foundation, and the diameter and depth of the drilling holes should meet the design requirements.

 Insert the pile vertically into the drill hole, ensure that the pile is perpendicular to the ground, and maintain the same depth.

 When the first pile is inserted into the ground, then insert the second pile to make it occlude with the first pile. The mode of occlusion can be connected by connecting the two piles, or it can be designed by the shape of the piles to make them bite each other.

 After inserting all piles, fixed and reinforced work is carried out to ensure that the connection between the piles is firm and the overall pile is stable.
