Gas lift Reverse Circulation Drilling Machine,is also called Reverse Circulation Drilling Machine,  uses gas as drilling fluid. 

 The drilling fluid is pumped to the bottom of the well, the cuttings and other solid particles are brought to the well head, and then the solid particles are separated by the separator, and the clean drilling fluid is returned to the bottom of the well.

 When the drilling fluid reaches the bottom of the hole, gas is injected into the drill pipe, creating a gas column that pushes the drilling fluid up and carries cuttings and other solid particles to the wellhead.

The gas forms a gas-liquid mixture at the bottom of the well, and the gas and liquid are separated by the separator. The gas is injected into the drill pipe again to form a gas column, and the liquid is returned to the bottom of the well.

This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of gas pushing drilling fluid up and taking away cuttings and solid particles.

The construction method of gas lift reverse circulation drilling rig can effectively reduce the consumption of drilling fluid, improve drilling efficiency and reduce environmental pollution. At the same time, due to the driving effect of gas, the erosion of drilling fluid to the formation can be reduced to a certain extent, and the risk of borehole collapse can be reduced. Therefore, gas lift reverse circulation drill has certain advantages and application prospects in some special geological conditions.
