Gas lifting reverse circulation drill

Gas lift reverse circulation drill,also called reverse circulation Drilling Equipment , is a drilling method that uses the buoyancy of gas to lift drilling fluid. The process principle is as follows:

1. The drilling fluid is pressed into the bottom hole in the drill pipe, forming the bottom hole circulation, and the cuttings are carried out of the well head.
2. When the bottom hole circulation is blocked, the gas foam pressure in the drill pipe causes the drilling fluid to form bubbles in the drill pipe, generating buoyancy and lifting the drilling fluid and cuttings.
3. Drilling fluid and cuttings are lifted to the wellhead through the bubbles in the drill pipe, and then the bubbles are separated from the drilling fluid by the separator, and the drilling fluid is recycled.
4. Through the continuous circulation process, the recycling of drilling fluid is realized, which improves the drilling efficiency and saves the drilling cost.
